The St. Regis Bangkok is situated on the prestigious Rajadamri Road in the heart of the city and in close proximity to the international headquarters of dozens of corporations and financial institutions, as well as high-end shopping and the city’s vibrant entertainment district. This 47-story new build was developed by Rajadamri Lodging Ltd., an affiliate of Minor International PLC. Designed by Brennan Beer Gorman Architects, the hotel features 227 guestrooms including 51 suites and 53 residences with luxury amenities, services and dining options and is also the first hotel in Bangkok to introduce butler service to all its guests in addition to the first Elemis Spa and ZUMA restaurant in Thailand.

Set directly across from the famed Royal Bangkok Sports Club, the property is surrounded by a vast green space that will never be developed (beyond its current status as golf course, equestrian center, etc.). As such, the site has permanent, expansive views of green and open space-a rare commodity in this densely populated city. In addition, The hotel occupies floors 12-24 of a mixed-use tower. The 53 private residences soar over the city on the upper floors.

The architecture is quite contemporary and highly ordered for Bangkok, featuring rich materials (granite, polished stainless steel) at the base, a glass curtain wall with very few mullions and topped by a flying beam crown.  Bangkok's Skytrain passes along Rajadamri Road directly in front of the building. To compensate for its obstructive presence and to preserve the views, all public areas of the hotel were raised to the 12th floor. Thoughtful planning ensures that most of the 227 guestrooms and suites face west and north, enjoying the optimal views with most of the service spaces for the residential units positioned along the "back," east-facing façade.
